Warranty & Returns


Our products have a one year warranty: we stand behind the legendary quality and craftsmanship of all our products. Our warranty covers our products for one year from the purchase date for the original owner. If you experience a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship we will repair or replace the product.

We ask that you keep in mind that all of our products are crafted by hand and might contain some slight imperfections. Like most hand crafted products, the slight imperfections are what add character to an already awesome product. If you feel that these imperfections are excessive, we will repair or replace the item. Custom orders of un-stocked items will be exchanged for another item of equal value. We always do our best to keep our customers satisfied.


Our one year warranty does not apply to our apparel products, such as t-shirts and hoodies. For more information contact us at support@outlawholsters.com.


Please do not return your damaged product to the store in which it was purchased. Stores are not authorized to provide service under this warranty. Customers who wish to return a product should follow these simple steps.



If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your online purchase, simply return it to us in like-new condition and we will happily accept your return and process a refund or exchange. The sale of all limited edition products, products that have been engraved, printed, branded, stamped, personalized (etc.), customized and all bulk orders are final and non-refundable. Products purchased at gun shows and other promotional events have a lifetime warranty. However, these products do not qualify for the online 30 day return policy.

Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or a refund will be issued.

Domestic customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned or exchanged items to Outlaw Holsters. We will cover the cost of shipping an exchanged item back to the customer. We strongly recommend utilizing a shipping service with a tracking number.
