HOLSTERS & MODULAR SYSTEMS

Our products come with a one-year warranty, reflecting our commitment to the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of our entire range. This warranty provides coverage for one year from the date of purchase for the original owner. In the event of a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship, we will undertake the necessary repairs or provide a replacement.

It is important to note that all our products are meticulously handcrafted and may exhibit minor imperfections. These imperfections are inherent to handcrafted items and contribute to the unique character of our products. Should you find these imperfections to be excessive, we will gladly arrange for the repair or replacement of the item. Custom orders for items not typically stocked can be exchanged for another item of equivalent value. We are dedicated to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers and always strive to deliver the best possible experience.

APPAREL & ACCESSORIES

Our one year warranty does not extend to our apparel products, including t-shirts and hoodies. For further details, please reach out to us at outlholster@gmail.com.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

Please refrain from returning your damaged product to the original point of purchase, as stores are not authorized to provide service under this warranty. Customers seeking to return a product should adhere to the following straightforward steps.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES

If you are dissatisfied within the initial 30 days of your online purchase, you may return the item to us in like-new condition. We will gladly accept your return and proceed with a refund or exchange. Please note that the sale of all limited edition products, engraved, printed, branded, stamped, personalized, customized items, and bulk orders are considered final and non-refundable. Products acquired at gun shows and other promotional events are covered by a one year warranty; however, they do not fall under the online 30-day return policy.

Please complete the return authorization form on the back of your original packing slip. If you do not have the original form, you can download it here.

Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or a refund will be issued.

DOMESTIC RETURNS

Domestic customers are accountable for the shipping expenses incurred when returning or exchanging items to Outlaw Holsters. The cost of shipping an exchanged item back to the customer will be covered by us. We highly advise using a shipping service that provides a tracking number.
